INSPECTION & REPORTING

Some of our most challenging and rewarding work combines our passion for 3D scanning and CAD with professional analysis and inspection of real-world geometry and lifecycle scenarios. From navigating complex design challenges in confined or cluttered spaces to assessing deformations and wear, we use a range of methods to create clear, informative visual representations.

In addition to 3D scanning, we employ ultrasonic thickness testing, XRF analysis, and specialised measuring tools to capture critical data for thorough evaluation. Our scanning capabilities allow us to analyse deviations and track changes over time, providing actionable insights to improve product lifecycles. We develop reports that are clean, legible, and easy to understand, enabling clients to make informed decisions. Our wear monitoring and lifecycle assessments help maximise output, assess equipment performance, and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.

Reporting

From crashed vehicles to deformed architecture we have been able to assist companies make those difficult or complex decisions based on geometric analytics within their project. Capturing 3D scan and specific inspection data is important, but how we analyse and present that data is equally important.

Often by capturing multiple scans of similar objects or an object over time, allows us to compare objects in parallel, overlayed, or chronologically assess where deviations and changes have occurred and how they may implicate further operations. Similarly, to our methods of drafting, we develop our reports to be clean, legible, and easily understood by those who use them, so the correct decisions can be made.

Wear Monitoring

Mineral processing equipment often relies on wear liners and materials lasting until scheduled maintenance periods to maximise output and keep downstream operations running smoothly. Knowing how your equipment is wearing and being able to assess and modify for conditions can ensure process efficiency.

Brilly Engineering can help you record, report, and contrast this information over time so you can maintain peak efficiency and minimise costly disasters or stoppages.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Some manufacturing processes may be difficult to measure and understand variations and limitations that make effect the performance or viability of a product. For example, castings of impellers which have helical and organically curved vanes or blades can be near impossible to visualise the differences between two similar items. Brilly Engineering can overlay, measure, and represent these clearly to assist in understanding where design limitations or manufacturing processes might need more controls, information, or design input.
