Plastic Fabrication
With high demand for HDPE and UHMWPE wear liners for chutes, bins and crushers, along with our sister company’s ongoing need for precision plastic components, Brilly Engineering leverages in-house CNC routing capabilities to deliver fast, accurate and reliable product solutions.
Now equipped with an Australian made ART CNC Router featuring a high-speed spindle and a 5m by 2m bed, we produce a wide range of plastic parts in-house. This allows us to take your design from concept to completion with greater accuracy, speed and cost-efficiency, reducing reliance on third-party suppliers and ensuring the final product matches your expectations.
From conveyor and bearing covers to custom wear liners and more, our team can design, machine and supply the plastic products you need. We also develop tailored wear liner packages in metallic, polyethylene and polyurethane to suit your specific application.

Printed
We can take that one step further into producing realistic 3D printed miniatures for products, jigs, fixtures and so much more. Many companies have dipped their toes into the realm of 3D printing, Brilly Engineering has developed a strong skillset in both FDM, Resin MSLA and DLP printing to produce functional and aesthetically detailed components. From brackets, fasciae, and miniatures we strive to produce things others can’t.
Having the experience to “scan and model” compliments the knowledge and experience of printing where we can adapt your product into printed prototypes and miniatures whether for size and fitment checks, through the boardroom statement pieces.
